Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately, the roofing industry may have a bit of a challenging reputation. HOWEVER, Ryan Coyne and his team were amazing! This guy is on his game! He showed up when promised in a clean company branded truck wearing a company branded hat and shirt and took his time to make sure he was evaluating the entire job. On the day of the job, his (uniformed!) team took A LOT of time to protect everything they could from falling debris - they even went so far as to use cushions between their ladders and the house (no, I’m not kidding!). During the job, Ryan texted me a link to a website where he and his team were actively uploading images as the job progressed. At the conclusion of the job, his team was METICULOUS in cleaning. He then flew a drone over the house and uploaded images of the completed project. Incredible!
A new roof is an expensive project so I did my homework. Ryan’s website is very well done and was a key element in his company earning the job over his competitors - I found it to be very informative. To be clear, although competitive, his quote was NOT the least expensive. Good for him! He understands the value of his work! In the end, it came down to trust. He made every effort to EARN the job and PROVE that he has the experience, skill set, and business acumen to deliver quality.
